Teaching Trust develops education leaders at all levels to build the professional capacity critical to transforming urban schools.
Offered in partnership with Southern Methodist University's Annette Caldwell Simmons School of Education and Human Development, the Aspiring Leaders program equips future school leaders to lead effective teams and drive improvement in complex urban schools.
Leadership Teams builds strong teams at the campus level to create a robust plan for school improvement. Leadership Teams gain the tools necessary to realize their vision of an aspirational school culture and sustained academic gains for all students on their campuses.
Ed Fellows targets educators seeking to deepen their instructional competence and bolster their influence on their campuses. Educator leaders work to improve performance in their current roles while preparing to take on leadership roles at the department or grade level.
We believe that achieving our desired impact requires deeper, ongoing support for our 600 alumni and educators across the DFW Metroplex. The Teaching Trust Alumni Network provides opportunities for leaders to connect, collaborate, and innovate while they participate in high-quality programming to learn effective practices from one another, as well as from select national leaders in education.
